Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Trendz Surplus Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–2 business days].
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable courier services (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post) to ensure safe delivery.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to regional restrictions, festivals, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India.
Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders, all COD orders go through a verification process. You may receive a verification WhatsApp message, SMS, or call. Unverified COD orders will be automatically canceled after [48 hours].
A non-refundable COD convenience fee of ₹100 applies to all COD orders. To avoid this fee, we recommend using prepaid payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly on our website or via the courier partner's tracking portal.

5. Hidden Charges, Taxes, and Duties

The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST.
There are no hidden charges or extra taxes applied at the time of delivery. The total price you see on the checkout page is exactly what you pay.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and pin code before confirming your order. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable by the courier partner, a reshipping fee may apply to dispatch the order again.

7. Damages and Missing Items

is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team within [48 hours] of delivery.
